My name is Scott Oliver and I have been working in the internet industry my entire career. Now I make my living running Twitter Biz, assisting companies get the most out of Twitter and generate additional revenue streams.

How Did It All Start
Back in the early part of 2008 I stumbled across Twitter through Chris Pirillo. At first I didn’t really see what the point was or how it would benefit me at all. After a few weeks of looking around and getting a better understanding I saw the benefits and realised that it wasn’t only individuals or famous people that could use the micro blogging site but businesses could use it to increase their audience and generate additional revenue.

Over the course of the following months I spent most of my free time gaining as much knowledge as I could about Twitter and devised a number of strategies that I still use today.

At first Twitter Biz started as a part time operation where I would give assistance to clients around my day job. As my client base increased so did the need to dedicate more time to helping them.
